Just choose the style, size and color you prefer in the drop-down box and add the item to the cart. You can view the items in your cart by clicking the “View Cart” link at the top of the page. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and follow the easy-to-use steps.
USA – We have one low flat rate shipping charge of $5 per order.
Canada – Flat rate shipping charge of $10 per order.
Rest of the world – Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.
IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order! We cannot reship or refund orders that have already been shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, unless we receive them back in the mail and you agree to repaying the original shipping charge. If you are shipping to your work address, make sure that you include your name as well as the company name.
If you have a shipping address that is different from you credit card billing address, or if you are splitting a shipment (mailing to two or more separate addresses) then please pay special attention when ordering to ensure that you provide the correct shipping addresses when you enter this information in the shopping cart.
All Guerrilla Graphix products are shipped via priority mail or UPS directly from our warehouse in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Products are usually shipped within one or two business days from the time we receive your order. Posters are shipped in tubes separate from other items. Once in a blue moon, we may be out of stock on an item you ordered. If this is the case, we will ship the items we have in stock and notify you in advance of any delays.
Usually between 2 and 6 days for US orders. Under normal circumstances orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. You should receive an email indicating that your order has been received. If you have not received this email within 2 days of ordering please email us and we will resolve the issue. Once you have been notified that your order has been received, if you haven’t received it within 10 days, please email us with the details of your purchase and we will hunt it down for you. If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to make sure it gets there on time.
At the moment, only the US and Canada.
We take payment through PayPal. However you do not need to join PayPal to order from us. You can pay with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card. PayPal offers a secure and reliable platform for online shopping. If you create an account it can be used at many web stores and to pay for items through Ebay. Many people prefer to shop online using PayPal as you do not have to give your credit card details to every store you order from, only to PayPal.
We often offer discounts to those who sign up for our monthly newsletter. If you have one of these codes you can apply it in the shopping cart. You enter the code in the area highlighted in green below. After entering the code click the “Update cart” button.
All our shirts, hoodies and tote bags are silk-screen printed. Silk-screen printing is the old skool technique whereby each color is printed separately onto the shirt. We NEVER use iron on transfers or similar appliqués, only silk-screens.
We use high quality plastisol inks made in the USA. They are free of PVCs, phthalates and heavy metals. We do not print with water-based inks since based on our research, there is no appreciable benefit to the environment in using them. Also, the lighter colored water-based inks do not show up very well on darker apparel. Water-based inks also require immediate cleanup after each printing which means more ink goes down the drain and off to the treatment plant. Plastisol inks can remain on the screen indefinitely, so screens only have to be washed when a style is discontinued and the screen is reclaimed for a new design. Plastisol inks are easy to store and dispose of and the most toxic ingredient typically associated with plastisol (PVC) is absent from the particular product we use.
sorry, due to logistical issues (extra cleanup and ink running down the drain), we do not offer custom ink colors except on wholesale orders.
Wash warm (32°C/85°F), do not bleach, dry low. Note that most shirts can shrink a little after their first wash. DO NOT IRON THE PRINTED AREA unless you turn the shirt inside out and iron at a low temperature! Dry at a LOW temperature. Drying at a high temperature can cause the print to crack.
Yes, no problem. Always email us first with the details of your order and we will send you instructions on how to exchange the shirt. Exchanges will incur a small reshipping charge of $5 within the US and Canada. These charges do not apply if we have shipped you a shirt you did not order or if the product was defective.
If you want to return your order and get a refund, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it. The item(s) must obviously be returned unworn, unwashed and/or undamaged. If the item is received in a state unfit to be resold the exchange will not be accepted. Please email us before returning any item. We do not issue refunds or make exchanges for items that are on “special offer” at a reduced price. Refund of shipping costs is at our discretion.
All financial transactions are processed through PayPal. Guerrilla Graphix does not have access to your credit card information – this is held by PayPal. Information regarding your name and address is held by Guerrilla Graphix exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and dealing with any queries that may arise concerning your order. Your information will not be passed on to any third parties (without a legal warrant) for any purpose whatsoever.

Yes, we can print your design on any items using colors that we stock for a very reasonable price. We have a two dozen minimum per design, although you can mix apparel items, sizes and colors, so long as the image size remains the same.
