A FEW WORDS FROM THE PREZ
This July will mark 10 years since my daughter, Ramona, and I used a VISA card and a personal loan of $10K to open the first Guerrilla Graphix storefront near the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. Since that time, we have grown to include a popular store in Albuquerque’s Old Town district and another retail outlet on the “main drag” in Taos. We are also one of New Mexico’s fastest growing custom screen print companies and our wholesale department—founded in 2011—distributes GG products to more than 30 companies across the state. We currently employ 12 highly skilled and talented people, all of whom participate in our company’s lucrative profit sharing plan.
What’s New at GG?
In November 2017, we hired our first Operations Manager. Donne Lewis brings a wealth of experience in operations oversight, marketing, print production and human resource management. She also doubles on bass and is an accomplished tap dancer (seriously!). We are excited to have Donne onboard. In April of this year we increased the number of contract hours for our digital marketing vendor, VisionBroadcast Media LLC. Find and follow us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter!
Rebel Spinner Radio app!
Did you know the GG-sponsored Internet radio station, Rebel Spinner Radio, recently launched its new easy to-use app (available on Google Play and in the iTunes app store). If you like our products, you’ll love this music! Speaking of music, starting on April 24th, Guerrilla Graphix will increase its support of New Mexico Public Radio (KUNM) by underwriting National Public Radio’s Morning Edition news program and other selected music shows. Go NPR! No fake news there.
